This application is only for individuals aged 17 and under

Minor here refers to applicants who’s either parent or parents are Nigerian citizens; see citizens as defined by the Nigerian Constitution Section 25 (1) to know if your child or dependent is qualified to obtain a Nigerian passport.
Mandatory appearance of applicants is required with the issuance of Electronic Nigerian Passport for both facial and finger print recognition.
